Viola Gesko (nee: Friscic) age 94 of Eden, New York died Wednesday, December 28, 2016. She was born September 14, 1922 in Hamburg, New York; a daughter of late Thomas and Josephine Friscic.
Viola was a Hamburg High School graduate. She was the wife of the late Raymond J. Gesko, who died in 1995. She was an active member of the St. Vincent’s Altar and Rosary Society and the Parish Neighbors, as well as a dedicated volunteer at the Columban’s Retreat Center in Derby, New York.

Family invites friends to call Sunday, Jan.1, 2017 from 6:00PM-9:00PM at the Laing Funeral Home Inc., 2724 W. Church St. Eden.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, Jan.2, 2017 at 10:00AM in Immaculate Conception Church, Eden.
Memorials may be made to Eden Library 2901 E. Church St. Eden.
