Obituary of Patricia A. Smith

Please share a memory of Patricia to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Wife of the late Corky Smith.  Mother of Connie Logan, Patrick (Arlene) Smith and James (Lisa Jost) Smith.  Grandmother of Justin Cerne, Samantha Logan, Noah and Collin Smith, David and Robert Smith.  Great grandmother of four.  Loved aunt of several nephews.

Pat was a Licensed Practical Nurse who loved her profession.  Pat worked at South Buffalo Mercy in the Cardiac Care unit until her retirement in 1998.  After retiring from Mercy she worked at Autumn View Health Care Facility in the sub-acute rehabilitation unit.  Even though Pat has been completely retired the last several years she still loved to talk to her nephew often about changes in the nursing profession.

For the last 49 years Pat and her late husband, Corky have been raising Quarter Horses which their daughter and granddaughter have carried on.   Pat’s biggest hobby was her 3 children and her 6 grandchildren.  She truly loved when she was surrounded by her family.
