Obituary of Truman "Skip" L. Stone Jr.

Truman L. “Skip” Stone, Jr., age 88 of Eden, New York died Wednesday, April 9, 2025. He was born in Buffalo, New York. He was a son of the late Truman and Carolyn Stone Sr. He married his loving wife Joanne (Wright) of almost 60 years, on March 22, 1957, in Elizabeth City, North Carolina by the Justice Harry Ufpheltt. He will be remembered for his love of antiquing with his wife, he enjoyed classic cars and tending to the Koi Pond he and his wife had built. He had a special place in his heart for animals. He also enjoyed entertaining and was known for his Halloween Parties. He was the devoted husband of the late Joanne Stone, loving father of Debra Stone and late Corey Stone., He was the grandfather of Ashley Stone; the brother of the late Sue Kronk.
