Obituary of John R. Sickau

John R. Sickau, age 61, of Eden, New York died September 29, 2025. He was born October 27, 1963 to the late Richard C. and Shelia J. Sickau. John married the former Barbie A. Flynn.

He was the devoted father of Danielle N. Flynn, Caitlin M. (Tyler) Gallman, Zachary T. Sickau and John R. (Jiyoung) Sickau, Jr. He was the adored grandfather of Troy, Max, Jaxon, Mason and Hallie.

Loving brother of Norma J. (late Dennis) Thurber, Richard W. Sickau, James H. Sickau, Paula Sue Sickau, William H. (Cheryl) Sickau and the late Linda Mae Corbin and Sally Ann Sickau. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to a graveside service on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at 11:00AM in Evergreen Cemetery, Eden.
