Obituary of Paul S. Niedermeyr

Paul S. Niedermeyr, age 84, of Hamburg, New York, died April 15, 2026. He was born November 14, 1941, in Buffalo, New York. He was the son of the late Simon and Anna Niedermeyr.

Paul proudly served his country in the United States National Guard. He worked as a Tool and Die Maker for the Ford Motor Company Stamping Plant for over 40 years and was a member of Local Union 897. He was a  life member of the Hamburg Rod and Gun Club, where he enjoyed Skeet Shooting and spending time with friends.

Besides his parents, Simon and Anna Niedermeyr, Paul is predeceased by his beloved wife, Jane Niedermeyr, and his brother-in-law, Gerald Smith.

He is survived by his stepson Christopher (Rebekah) Keaton, and his cherished grandchildren, Isabella, Keira, and Colin. He is also survived by his brother, John Niedermeyr; his sister, Anna Niedermeyr-Smith; and his niece, Kara Niedermeyr.

A Mass will be celebrated on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church, 8791 S. Main St., Eden, NY.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
