Mary H. Andrzejewski, of Royal Palm Beach, Florida, passed away on November 5, 2011 at the age of 84. Born in Buffalo, New York, she was the daughter of William & Mary (Piotrowski) Slomka.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to either: The American Heart Association, American Cancer Society or the National Kidney Foundation.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at 12:00PM in the Eden Evergreen Cemetery, Eden, New York
