Obituary of Arthur J. Wilde

Arthur J. Wilde, 56, of Hamburg, New York died January 8, 2012 at Erie County Medical Center, Buffalo, NY. He was born September 20, 1955, in Buffalo, NY, the son of the late Arthur C. and Hildegrade P. (Pleszewski) Wilde. He will be remembered for his love of animals as he enjoyed the company of his rabbits and his bird Grouch -O. He was a resident of Heritage Group Homes for many years, living in the Clark Street Home for 30 years. He worked for the Heritage Centers for over 35 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews. He enjoyed playing games on his computer. Arthur will be remembered for his sense of humor. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is the brother of Jennifer "Ginger" (Paul) Bussman, Bruce (Wendy) and Pamela Wilde. Uncle of Paul Bussman, Jr., Amy Freeland, Sean & Elijah Wilde. Great uncle of Alex Bussman, Matthew and Ryan Freeland, and Claire Bussman. Family invites friends to call Tuesday, January 10, 2012 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Laing Funeral Home Inc. 2724 West Church St. Eden, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at 10:30AM at Immaculate Conception Church Eden. Burial will be in Eden Evergreen Cemetery, Eden, NY.
