Mary L. Norman, 66, of Derby, New York died Wednesday, June 27, 2012 in Mercy Hospital, Buffalo, NY.
She was born December 13, 1945, the daughter of Ermil and Mary Hughes.
She will be remembered for being her family's matriarch as she had a special love for her family. She was a lover of life who enjoyed watching the Yankees play baseball, camping on Chautauqua Lake and loved to cook and bake.
She was the devoted wife of Richard J. Norman, Jr., the loving mother of Michael D. (Cathy), Jeffery S. (Brenna), Theresa M. Norman and Cynthia D. (Bill) Wick.
The grandmother of Jessica, Courtney, Zach, Paul and Colton; sister of Ermil (Michaela), late Dennis A. (Anita) Hughes.
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
A memorial service will be held 1:00PM, Saturday, June 30, 2012 at Laing Funeral Home Inc., 2724 W. Church St. Eden, NY.
Memorials may be made to Hospice Buffalo.
