Obituary of Louise J. Rauch

A memorial service will be held at Eden United Methodist Church on September 30, 2012 for Louise Jennie Rauch (nee Barone) of Fredonia,NY, who entered into rest on September 26, 2012 at the age of 80. "Lou" was born on April 8, 1932 in Fredonia, NY. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert K. Rauch; dear mother of Judy Price, William E. Holben (Linda Hinze), and Laurie Jo (Curt) Hoehn; sister of Mary Ann Reardon and the late Joseph, Louis, and Eddie Barone; grandmother of Jacob and Megan Price, Ethan, Selene, and Matthew Holben, Teresa Parker and Curtis Hoehn; great grandmother of Donald William Price. Lou grew up in Fredonia and lived for many years in Angola before moving to Silver Creek and returning to Fredonia. She owned local businesses Towne Park Restaurant and Why Not? Dress Shop, spent the majority of her career in sales, and enjoyed finding and selling collectible items. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to American Cancer Society.
