You were always like my second mom, guiding my way through life. I hope I make you proud in everything I do. I love you so much and miss you. Give grandpa my love.

I often feel dwarfed standing in the shadows of our nation's elderly. They offer volumes of knowledge and wisdom that no classroom could ever provide. From you I acquired some of the simplest yet most vital lessons that will help guide me through life. My one regret, to quote Ronald Reagan, to have met your husband only at the sunset of his life. Now that your sunset has come it be just as beautiful. Oh Zachary, much too young to understand the mysteries of death says that he misses you. We all do. Love Jason.

When my parents died you took me in as your own and I love you and respect you for it. When dad died it was more of a loss to me than when my own father died as the same with you. I see the two of you as very special people, who deeply cared about everyone around you. For eight years he was in my room waiting for you to join him and now he has you in his arms. When you went into the nursing home Donna and I were there for you, for the calls day or night and it was my pleasure. Now that you have joined dad I feel overwhelmed with sadness I cannot put into words. I look forward to the time when I will get to see both of you again. I want to personally thank you for allowing me to marry your daughter, she is my doctor, my nurse, my very best friend. It has been an amazing ride. Love always your son Cliff.

I have many memories of Jeanne while I was growing up with her children. Both her and her husband provided a warm and loving home to all that entered. They were terrific supportive parents and I have many loving memories of both of them and the family. Whether it be the dinner table, the swimming pool or the family business, the time I spent with them was very enjoyable. One big happy family would describe my memories.

I got to know Jeanne real well, while working at Autumn View HCF in Hamburg last summer. She always put a smile on my face, and I always looked forward to seeing her. She won bingo all the time, and she loved it! The last time I saw Jeanne was a week before her passing, she hugged me and told me how much she appreciated me. Jeanne will be missed greatly, I will never forget her!

I love the photo of my Aunt Jeanne here. It is exactly like I remember her. She was always smiling. She always made me feel special. She made room for so many in her heart. I especially remember eating pancakes together at the Lake Erie cottage/house.
