Charlotte D. Monroe, age 90, of Eden, New York, died Sunday, June 2, 2013 in Lake Shore Hospital, Irving, New York. She was born April 2, 1923 in Hamburg, New York. She was one of two daughters of the late Fred and Loretta (Yager) Kuenn. She was a Life Member of the Eden Emergency Squad, a member of the Eden Historical Society, a member of Immaculate Conception Church Senior Citizens and a member of Hamburg Travel Club.
She is predeceased by her parents, her husband; Larome Monroe and her sister Evelyn Kuhn
She is survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Graveside service will be held Monday, June 17, 2013 at 11:00AM in Prospect Lawn Cemetery (Old Section) 6561 Gowanda State Road Hamburg, NY
