Obituary of John Marco Striebich

John Marco Striebich April 18, 1921 to February 25, 2010 World War II veteran, John Striebich, 88, passed away peacefully at his home in Boynton Beach, Florida. He has joined in sprit with his beloved wife, Jane and their son, Thomas, mother, Madeline and all loved ones who preceded him in death. John is survived by his beloved children, Christine of California, Judith of Eden, New York, Jeff of Boynton Beach, Florida and his much loved granddaughter, Jessica of Chicago. He leaves behind many family and friends who were blessed to have known him. John served in the Army Air Corp in Italy during World War II. He worked 40 years in the automobile business. He retired and with his wife, Jane, spent his summers at his home in Eden, New York and winters at his home in Boynton Beach, Florida. John will be remembered for his dynamic and outgoing personality. The family will be present on Friday, March 5 from 3-7 at the Laing Funeral Home, 2724 W. Church Street Eden, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial celebrated Saturday, March 6 at Immaculate Conception Church, 8791 S. Main St, Eden, NY at 10am. Interment at Eden Evergreen Cemetery weather permitting. A reception will follow at the church.
