Ludwig F. Ebling, Jr., age 86, of Port Richey, FL, formerly of Eden, NY died Friday, February 12, 2016.
He was born August 2, 1929 in Buffalo, New York. He was a son of Ludwig F Ebling, Sr. and Ella Doyle.
He was a life member of the Eden American Legion Newell-Faulkner Post # 880 and the Eden VFW Memorial Post 8625. He severed in the United States Marines Corp in the Korean War.
Ludwig retired from the New York Telephone Company, now known as Verizon.
During his retirement, Ludwig enjoyed the many cruises he took around the world.
He was the devoted husband of Theresa (nee: Klemann) and the late Carol (nee: Andolino), the loving father of Mark, Jeffrey (Lynda) and late Ronald Ebling,
brother of Carole (Calvin) Carrow, late Katherine Krieger, June Swanson, Charles Ebling, Betty Wilger, Louella Herrmann and David Ebling.
Grandfather of two.
Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family invites friends to call Thursday, February 18, 2016 from 12PM-2PM followed by a funeral service at the Laing Funeral Home Inc 2724 W. Church St. Eden. Flowers gratefully declined.
