My sincerest sympathies to the family of Leota Van Ord Spencer. She is the sister of my mother, thus my aunt. I spent many weeks staying at her house to be with Betty and Barbie for summer vacations. My memories are these vacations, Christmases at gramma Van Ord's, visits to our house in Fentonville, NY and Frew Run Road, family reunions, birthdays, anniversaries and weddings. Aunt Leota was a wonderful aunt and a gracious lady. Her husband, my Uncle Don was a wonderful uncle. I have many great memories of both and will cherish those memories in my heart. Someone so much a part of us is never really gone. They live in our hearts forever.
