I am sorry to learn of Neil's passing. We lived in the same neighborhood. Over the past couple years, my family and I got to know him a little bit when we gave him rides to and from the restaurants in town. He was very kind and always grateful. We will miss seeing him walking down the street. God bless him and your family.
