Delores created the Buffum Museum in Colden, New York. She catalogized each piece of photography, letter and artifact that came into the Museum for over 50 years. Her dedication to the Buffum Family Museum and recording the historical provenance of each piece shows the love and care for the preservation of the Buffum Family History. No one could have done what she has contributed to the Buffum Family History without the complete dedication she has given as a legacy to all of us. It is our obligation to continue her work and bring all Buffum's together in harmoney and love. We charish the wisdom she shared. Also, the laughter of knowledge through age. The last few years, Delores was very excited viewing the improvements of the Museum, the 4th graders visits and the wonderul response during the Colden Festival. The Museum Tours brought her a great opportunity to teach and enjoy the history of the Buffum Family. Without the constant support of her daughters, Allison and Deborah throughout the years, many of her accomplishments would not have been possible.We are completely indebted to the devotion of her daughters and the work they did many years to forward her dream. Without all three of these strong women, the Buffum Musuem would not have become a reality. Our love, thanks and continued respect go to you, Delores, Thanks for everything.
