Obituary of Lillian J. Brenner

Lillian J Brenner (nee: Jossi), age 91, of Eden, New York, most recently of Grand Island, New York died Sunday, August 26, 2018 in Hospice care after a lengthy illness. She was born February 17, 1927 in North Braddock, PA, daughter of the late Fredrich and Ida Jossi. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. She was a Registered Nurse and former Cadet Nurse.

Lillian was a past president of the Eden Up To Date and was a member and past Lay Leader of the Eden United Methodist Church, as well as a member of the Eden United Methodist Woman.

She was the devoted wife of late George Brenner; loving mother of Anne (Gregory) Halliday, Sarah (John) Sabatowski, George (Martha Howard) Brenner, Jr. and Laura (Michael) Forster; sister of Marguerite Kress and Frederick Jossi.

She was the grandmother of 6 and great grandmother of 11.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 1, 2018 at 4PM in the Eden United Methodist Church, 2820 E. Church St. Eden. Memorial may be made to Eden United Methodist Church Memorial Fund.
