Paul and I were co-workers in the Buffalo office of the State Comptroller. To me the one thing that best summed up Paul was that he was not going to beat around the bush - he was going to tell you straight out what he thought. I always appreciated that about Paul. You always knew where you stood with him. Condolences to his family.
