Obituary of Gladys Eckhardt

ECKHARDT- Gladys (nee: Agle) passed away peacefully on January 30, 2021 Wife of the late Marvin J. Eckhardt. Mother of Dr. Wayne (Susan) Eckhardt, Donna Eckhardt and Kathy (Thomas) Swartele. Grandmother of Andrew and Benjamin, Great Grandmother of Henry. Sister of Ruth Metz and the late Lucille Agle. A memorial service will be on Friday, February 5th at 11:30am in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Eden. Gladys was a devoted wife and mother, supportive farm wife and Ultimate homemaker. She could make anything, be it clothes, food or crafts. She did extensive research in the genealogy of the families of Eden Valley and became a well-known source.
