Fay and Joe were customers of mine at Hoak‘s restaurant for many years. She knew my husband’s family when she worked for Dr. O’Gorman. When she found out that I married my husband, she couldn’t stop hugging me. Her hugs were infectious, tight and genuine. Rest in peace Fay, you will be missed by many. You are now with your beloved Joe in heaven.

A prayer and letter to remember and celebrate the life of Fay Ermi
Dearest Fay,
Thank you for being such a caring, thoughtful, and unique individual. Our family lived, learned and enjoyed your warm personality. As young children, us “kids” couldn’t wait for the family gatherings and celebrations. We always knew you and Joe would show up with your boys and bring wonderful food items and hours and hours of fun, games and roughhousing with the “boys”! Your exuberance for fun never ceased. Your smile was ever so present each and every time our families met. Having a role model of your caliber was a gift from God. We will always remember your positive and uplifting spirit.
You lived an admirable life and will be missed dearly.
Sincerely,
Jim Kaminski and the “kids” Mary, Jackie, Debbie, Shelly, Jimmy, Michael & Lori

Cousins Fay and Joe were wonderful people who always put a smile on my face when we were together. The conversations were always quite interesting and inviting and their personalities drew me to them. Her warmth was invigorating and loving and made every event special. I know she is having quite the time now with her special "Susy" who loved her dearly. Give her a hug for me.
Love Don, Kody and Teal Winkle
