Devoted husband of Kathy (Winter)
Loving father of Scott (Sabrina) Wagner and Tisha (Brian) Anderson.
Grandfather of Lily, Rachel Taylor and Sam Phillips, Xavier and Anika Boden-Wagner.
Brother of the late Clarence Wagner.
Also survived by sister in law Linda Wagner.
Family and friends are invited to call Monday 2-4PM and 7-9PM and Tuesday from 2-4PM and 7-9PM.
In person funeral service is limited to immediate family, but may be viewed Wednesday 10AM on www.LaingFuneralHome.com
