Obituary of Monique Kernen

Monique Kernen, age 51, of Elma, New York, formerly of Eden, NY passed away peacefully in her residence on June 13, 2022. She was born on May 8, 1971 in Albion, New York. She was the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth (Baker) Kernen. Monique will be remembered as an active, vibrant person who loved to be around people and was able to make friends with anyone she met. She enjoyed attending summer camp, playing soft ball and loved to travel. She was a fervent Buffalo Bills, Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley fan. She is predeceased by her parents, John and Elizabeth Kernen. She is survived by her siblings; Kimberly Volz, Pamela Kernen, Pamela Kernen, Robert Kernen, William Kernen, Latasha Kernen and Cindy Kernen; also by numerous foster brothers and sister, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and by her extended family on N. Blossom Road in Elma. A Celebration of Life will be determined at a later date.
