Beloved daughter of Louise (late Russell) Anzalone.
Devoted wife of the late Douglas Kozlowski.
Loving mother of Steven (Gretchen) Dietzen.
Grandmother of Kyle (Johannah Kerrigan), Aiden, Alexander and Ethan Dietzen.
Sister of Russell (Patricia) Anzalone, David Anzalone, Karen (late Donald) Rahl, William Anzalone, Roseann Anzalone and Joseph (Caroline) Anzalone.
Also survived by 5 nieces, 6 nephews, 8 great nieces and 5 great nephews.
Family and friends are invited to call Sunday from 1-5pm at the Laing Funeral Home Inc. 2724 W. Church St., Eden followed by a Mass of Christian Burial Monday at 11am in Immaculate Conception Church, 8791 S. Main St., Eden.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of WNY.
