What I remember most about Albert is he always made time to shoot some hoops. Or play some type of outdoor game. Sometimes he could be a bit crude but always in good fun. Albert was a good teacher of life lessons. I will miss him.
Love,

I was saddened to learn of the passing of Mr. Albert Schaffer. I've known him since my sister married his son Al and that is over 40 years. Always a charmer at family get togethers with a ready smile and a genuine interest in a good chat. Condolences to Millie and the entire Schaffer family. Here is a nice photo I found of my sister, Donna Lynn Schaffer and her beloved second parents❣️✝️

Q: What was one of your favorite qualities of Albert?
A: One thing about Albert I'll always remember is his glowing kindness. He didn't just say hello, there was a twinkle in his eye for everyone he met. The first time we chatted, we started talking about pasta sauce. The conversation went on from there. Sharing some of his memories with me. What a delight!
Such a sweet man. He'll surely be missed. Rest well, Mr. Schaffer.
