I remember Barbara from our years growing up in North Collins her parents and my parents were good friends and we had a lot of fun times together. Barbara had a beautiful smile. I enjoyed all the time I spent with her. she was especially close to my sister Wendy, as they were in the same class together. I will always treasure the memories of those early years in North Collins.

We've had decades of great memories of good times together, watching our children growing up into fine adults, a tribute to great parenting by Barb and Bob.
Barb wasn't just a wonderful friend but more like a sister to me, always sweet, kind, and loving; and I'll miss her cute laugh.
Bob's been a fantastic caregiver through her long illness and Navene and I couldn't
love him more for that. He's a really good man, our dear friend.
We'll miss Barb so much but thankful that she's at peace now.

Our friendship began over 60 years ago when we were students at Bryant and Stratton. We shared little phrases we had created that only we understood and that always made us laugh.
We shared our families while watching our children grow. She was my sister in every sense of the word minus bloodline. My heart aches for our dear, sweet, thoughtful, always there for me, Barb. May her memory be eternal.

We send our deepest condolences to Bob, Bill, Kelly, Dave, Abbey and T.J on the loss of their beloved wife, mother , mother in law. and beloved grandmother.
I can’t help but recollect the words reportedly spoken by Jackie Kennedy to Hillary Clinton , “ If you bungle raising your children, I don’t think whatever else you do well matters very well”.
Our relationship with Barb is through her son Dave. We love him as a son and thank God daily for creating him for our daughter. I could not begin to share his accolades but I am happy to say I did share with Barb she had to be the best mother in the world to raise such a son.
The past few years I have been deeply heartened to hear of the Herculean care provided to Barb by Bob. The dictionary does not have proper words to describe our admiration and respect for the love, care, comfort and sacrifice he selflessly gave Barb.
As Abbey’s parents it gave us comfort hearing his example of love, marriage, duty, dignity and courage are the reflection he has provided his sons.
May God sustain each of you at this time of loss, remember every cherished memory tempered with the knowledge of God’s promise we were created to be together with Him were there is no more pain. Until we see her again. We remember!

Barb was the sweetest, kindest person I’ve known. Through the years we’ve shared so many conversations and so many memories which I shall fondly treasure. Barb and I shared a love for dogs. She even helped me find the breeder where I purchased my golden retriever from. She was always quick to help others. When she needed help herself, these past few years, her loving husband, Bob stood beside her every step of the way. She was deeply loved, and will be greatly missed. Thank you for your love and friendship. Nancy Brown

I didn’t know Barb, other than seeing her at the Four Corners. I was very impressed how Bob took good care of his wife.
