Obituary of Donna M. Chavanne

For Our Mom, Donna..

Donna Marie was born to Earth September 6th, 1955. Raised in West Seneca NY. Graduate of West Seneca West Class of 1973. Oldest of six children. 

Donna lived a humbling life passing by natural causes at the young age of 68. 

Donna Marie lived an enduring life. One that most would find insufferable yet she did it with a laugh and a spark in her spirit.

In her last years she gracefully grew greater as an example of a Mother, Grandmother, Mema, Friend to us her Children and most importantly began recognizing her calling as a Christian. Donna took great appreciation in sharing Bible study with her congregation and support with her friends neighbors and fellowship. 

As a Grandmother and Mema, Donna adored every single one of her Grandchildren from her heart and soul to the Heavens above. There isn't a mountain that she would not move to love them if they would let her. 

As a Mother inlaw she Adored, Respected, Appreciated, teased and Loved Joseph as a son with her whole heart. She carried understanding, Respect, gratitude and relentless love for Amy.

As a single Mother of Douglas Michael, Ryan Michael, Steven Timothy and Kimberly Ann.... She was tested constantly and challenged repeatedly. But did something truly amazing with absolutely nothing. She raised 4 healthy, strong, independent Adults through disobedient childhoods and complicated childbirths. As a Mother Donna did the absolute best she could. She became a student of her own mistakes, and Her effort to overcome obstacles to show her love is unmatched. She became a loving, patient and Kind Mother. An understanding, inspiring and supportive Friend as a Mother. She did all this without two pennies to rub together and no example of how to be a Kind, Patient, suportive and Loving Mother. 

We are Proud of our Mother. She is already missed. She raised 4 different children into 4 different Adults and somehow managed to spend as much time as we needed from her to love us all in our own different ways... It was said that her calling was to be a Christian and a Mother. Donna servant of Christ.. And our Mother became more of a blessing to each of us than we ever knew. 

Our Mother, Mema, Grandmother, Confidant, Co pilot, Supporter, teacher, and Best Friend was Re Born whole again into Heaven on April 25 2024.... No matter the length of time We will always still need you, but we have learned from you... We will look for your lessons and forever remember your love. May you find peace in Heaven with our Lord and the Loved ones you have mourned. Mother please watch over us as one day We will be together again, but for now it's time to heal.
