Obituary of Charles "Chic" Alfred Bernor

Charles “Chic” Alfred Bernor, age 77, of Niagara Falls, New York, died on his birthday on May 31, 2024 in the Buffalo VA Medical Center. He was born May 31, 1947 in Queens, New York to the late Charles A Bernor and the late Veronica (late Martin) Igoe.

Charles proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War from 1966-1968.   Charles enjoyed working with his hands from woodworking to helping people fix anything and everything.

Charles is survived by his siblings; Veronica “Pat” Harvey, John J. (Janis) Bernor, William T. Bernor and Kate M. (Patti Williams) Igoe.

Also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Following the wishes of Charles no services will be held.

If so desired, memorials may be made to the Buffalo VA Medical Center.
