Obituary of Rita L. Bartoszek

Rita L. Bartoszek (Long), age 80, passed away Friday, July 19, 2024 in Mercy Hospital. She was a daughter of the late William and Rita Long. She was the devoted wife for 60 years to William Bartoszek. Together they have three sons; Jeffrey, Ronald and Steven.

Rita has one granddaughter: Heidi. She is also survived by a sister Anita (Walter) Jones and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 from 3PM-7PM at the Laing Funeral Home Inc., 2724 W. Church St. Eden.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at 10:30AM at Immaculate Conception Church 8791 S. Main St. Eden. Flowers gratefully declined, memorials in Rita’s name may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or Hawk Creek Wildlife Center.
