Edith was such a wonderful neighbor and friend. She was the definition of kindness and service to others, particularly in retirement. She took my mom, Ruth Phelps, shopping every week, and they would split a head of cauliflower or divide the BOGOs. She is still a role model for me! She was an independent "tech woman" proficient in data processing in those early days of punch cards. I lost track of her during Covid when she must have moved and her phone number was disconnected. We usually talked during the holidays or if there was any news about Moore Ave. I think of her so often with affection and admiration. Sincere condolences to her beloved family. Rest in Peace.
