Heartbreaking to be seeking my old friend Nadine today, and to see this photograph of Anita....
Nadine, Mr.Smith, Lisa, Michelle and Jeff, your mom was so awesome! Beautiful with a pure heart of God! So Loving! I will never forget ALL of the wonderful things that she did for me, (as well as the family) when I was a young girl without one. I always wished that Anita was my mother! God bless her! She has a crown of Gold with Jesus! Much love and peace to all of you.

My words are inadequate for your grief, your loss, your love. Even though she is in a better place, it is still a staggering loss. The best friend of her husband and lover for 50 years. A mother....nothing replaces a mothers love. A grandma and great grandma.
